Well-structured and focused on key aspects of espresso coffee making, and the instructor was very flexible in tailoring the session to the interests and goals of each participant! Lots of time spent at the machine, making coffee and working on milk technique under the close supervision of the instructor - best barista course I've done to date! It's easy to see how passionate about coffee these folks are and how that translates into everything they do.
