My session with Jim at ONA Sydney was incredible. His passion for coffee really seeps into the experience. It was great getting insight into what techniques and practices go into dialling in great filter.
He also helped correct some of my habits that I didn’t realise were holding my coffee back at home.
I look forward to coming back and developing my practice further. ✌️
