Anthony was a fantastic teacher. In this course, I gained a new appreciation for both the theory of coffee making (i.e. the journey of the bean before it makes its way to our cup), and also for latte art. Being simply a home enthusiast, I never had the opportunity to make cups back-to-back and just completely focus on practicing brewing and latte art. Before today's class, I was extremely inconsistent with my art, but I left today having a much clearer understanding of how to texture my milk properly, and was even consistently pouring (slightly wonky) rosettas!
Good also to note that the ratio of 4 students to a class meant we had ample individual time with our instructor, and we all also had our own machines to practice with - which meant no waiting around whilst others had their turn.
I had so much fun today and highly recommend this course to anyone that's interested!
