Extremely enjoyable experience receiving expert knowledge and guidance, and a great space to learn with professional grade equipment. Coffee theory is a little overwhelming in the beginning and it would be good to know how to build a coffee set up at home from scratch.
What a treat the Barista Basics class was! Jay, the instructor, was very knowledgeable and most importantly patient as I and the other student practiced on our individual machines. The equipment was fabulous and the environment very comfortable. Jay took us through the process step by step, demonstrated and then we tried. There was no issue with wasting coffee, milk or making mistakes. But the end I was on a high and wanted to keep going. I'm looking forward to getting my own machine at home and to keep practicing. I also look forward to going back to Ona for more advanced classes. Thank you!
