Fantastic course. I have been making coffees at home using different machines (Silvia, Rocket) for 20 years, but was struggling with consistency and being able to dial in the perfect espresso. This course taught me the nuances of making a great coffee using the techniques of the ONA baristas. It has taken my coffee making skills, and awareness, to the next level plus some. Well worth attending.
Couldn't recommend this experience more! Perfect for those new to coffee, or those who just want a little refresher!
Touching on all the terminologies of coffee, from bean origin, grind size, extraction time, all the way to maintenance of your machine!
And many cups of coffee along the way!
The Ona crew certainly make you feel welcome and put you at ease.
Would certainly do it again!
A perfect gift!
